Greeting clients, checking clients in or out, answering phones, booking/ canceling appointments, paperwork, assisting front desk, and booking the appointments correctly.
Hours: tuesday- friday 2pm-8pm (or last client), saturday 11am-6pm(or last client)
*Must have experience with a booking system (we use MIKAL)*
- multitask in a high paced environment
-Fast learner, good memory retention
-bilingual is preferred but not required
-time management skills
-Friendly and outgoing personality, can keep calm under pressure
-Starting at $13 per hour. Pay will be raised after evaluation

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
