Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are memorable. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various situations with poise and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Monitor security systems including CCTV to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and proactive in identifying potential risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Document incidents or unusual occurrences in accordance with hotel policies.
- Patrol hotel grounds, entrances, and common areas to ensure guest and property safety
- Monitor entrances and maintain secure access to guest-only areas
- Respond to disturbances or guest concerns in a calm, discreet, and professional manner
- Provide assistance to guests, staff, and management as needed
- Complete nightly activity reports and incident documentation when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV is desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
- Background in Security, law enforcement or military service is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
