Our mission is to deliver comprehensive health care to families and individuals in Springfield, Eugene, and the surrounding area. Because being healthy is about more than just physical health, our group integrates behavioral health and clinical pharmacist providers to help with patient care. Our patient population is full-spectrum Family Medicine (infants to elderly) and we have in-house laboratories and X-ray.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST WITH NORTHWEST MEDICAL HOMES

You will work as part of an administration team that sets and attains the goals for the organization alongside our owner providers. As a human resources generalist, you are expected to be the go-to resource for our providers and staff. You oversee, in conjunction with the HR Director, all human resource operations in our organization. You will be assisting other department managers and/or administration with managing employee relations. You will have hiring and firing responsibilities, in conjunction with the employee's direct manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Knowledge and demonstration of HIPAA rulesregulations
  • Knowledge of Department of Labor and Wage laws, including OFLA/FMLA/ADA/PLO
  • Payroll and employee benefits experience
  • 1+ years manager experience preferred.
  • **Human Resources Generalist certification or in the process of.


Requirements and Skills:


  • Available Monday-Friday, approx. 25+ hours a week
  • Responds in timely manner to emails and teams messages.
  • Have excellent communication skills, be comfortable having difficult discussions, conflict resolution

WORK SCHEDULE

The human resource generalist is expected to work onsite 5 days/week. We offer flexibility in day-to-day schedules.
