Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Kitchen Design Specialist with a background and understanding of cabinet design to join our team with the opportunity to grown into a full time Designer. As a Kitchen Specialist, you will be responsible greeting clients, managing the database of potential clients and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs for our clients. Duties:
-Provide a 5-star client experience in design and sales through client education, accurate measure/design and follow through.
-Daily maintenance of current customers.
-Pursues new business.
-Designs extraordinary kitchens for their customers.
- Ensures that they are representing Cabinet IQ products and services accurately.
- Create detailed kitchen & bath cabinetry and countertop layouts and designs considering functionality and aesthetics using Design 2020 Software
- Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Pursue new business
-Keeps and maintains all contacts, including address, phone, email, and all notes using CRM.
-Follow up on inbound leads within 2 business days of “New Lead” and qualify them. (Or Delegates)
-Understand client design requests and work with them to set an initial budget.
- Provide in-home consultations to measure, discuss their wishes and offer professional opinions while developing rapport.
-Provide 100% accurate designs and proposals and follow up within a timely manner to learn about and overcome purchasing hesitations.
-After invoices are paid, order cabinets and countertops and provide operations with the documentation.
Requirements:
-1 year experience in kitchen design, interior design, or related field
- Strong knowledge of kitchen remodeling trends and products
- Proficiency in design software such as Design 2020
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Experience in account management and outside sales is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills to maintain client relationships
-Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
-Be onsite for showroom hours and light cleaning between clients if needed

Part-time Pay: highly competitive pay plus commissions
Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay, Uncapped commission
