Shift: Third Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 1-3 days per week (typically Tuesday and Wednesday, subject to change based on senior staff scheduling)

Join our historic hotel in vibrant Downtown Milwaukee! We’re a small, dedicated team committed to exceptional guest experiences. We’re seeking a reliable Night Auditor to handle front desk, financial, and light maintenance tasks during the third shift.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out, handle reservations, and respond to inquiries.
- Audit and balance daily financial transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs promptly.
- Perform light maintenance duties, such as minor repairs, replacing light bulbs, and general upkeep of common areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Schedule wake-up calls and complete administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry**.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business coursework a plus.
- Experience in front desk, night audit, or hotel operations preferred but not required (training provided).
- Basic knowledge of light maintenance tasks (e.g., minor repairs, basic troubleshooting) preferred; willingness to learn required.
- Proficiency in computers, credit card processing, and phone systems.
- Strong attention to detail, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Flexible availability for third shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally for maintenance tasks, and perform sedentary tasks.
