Here at Community Horizons, we are helping with the recruitment process for a young gentleman based in the Tigerton area. We are on the search to find a caregiver for the weekends who can help him one-on-one in his home. This young gentleman is on the autism spectrum and is nonverbal. We are searching for someone who can help this young gentleman with any daily living tasks. Such a little bit of care will go a long way in helping this individual to remain safe in his home. This is a pet-friendly home

Schedule: This is part-time. There are 112 hours available per month.

Pay: $17.00 / Hour

Tasks:

~ Incontinence changing and toileting assistance.

~ Tube feeding (G-tube experience preferred).

~ Bathing

~ Dressing

~ Activities

The Ideal Candidate will be:

~ Able to pass a Wisconsin background check

~ Self-starter

~ Confident and dependable

~ Friendly and caring

~ Tube Feeding Experience

~ Someone who has experience with autism

~ Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
