We’re urgently seeking an experienced Pediatric Infusion RN for an ongoing, weekly IVIG in-home infusion case (port-a-cath) in Oceanside. Days are flexible to fit your schedule!
Also seeking experienced nursing professionals for in-home skilled nursing visits throughout North County San Diego Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, and Fallbrook), including infusion therapy, IV starts, wound care, lab draws, and more.

What you will be doing:
- Providing 1:1 nursing services in patients' homes on a per diem basis

Ideal Candidates Have:
- Current, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent infusion experience (preferred)
- At least 2 years of acute care experience in a hospital, hospice, home health, or skilled nursing facility
- Strong clinical skills in infusions, IV starts, phlebotomy, wound care (Level 1–2), and infection control
- Experience with central venous access devices (CVAD) a plus
- Advanced Nursing Certifications (CRNI, OCN) a plus
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable vehicle, valid auto insurance, and ability to travel to client homes in North County, San Diego
