Cats Exclusively Veterinary Hospital is a full-service, feline-only veterinary hospital.
We are currently taking applications for a part-time receptionist for Wednesday 7:30am-6:30 pm and Saturday 7:30 am - 1:30 pm, plus additional hours as needed for coverage and the possibility of additional hours in the future, no major holidays. This is a fast-paced environment that requires candidates to be good with computers, have strong customer service skills, and be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. The ability to manage multiple tasks/phone lines and prioritize is essential. Primary job duties include but are not limited to answering phones, phone triage, scheduling appointments, data entry, correspondence and light office cleaning. Direct contact with patients may occasionally occur, but this is not an animal care position. **Previous medical reception/scheduling experience is required.** Experience with Cornerstone software is a plus.
