Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiatic individual to answer phones and handle customers in our construction office. This will be a fill in position when our regular office staff is unavailable, so the hours each week will vary.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls.
- Enter leads for new potential new projects.
Requirements
- Experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
