JJC RESOURCES, LLC. operates several quarries across the Olympic Peninsula and is looking to hire a Scale Attendant 3-4 days a week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use scales and ticketing software to weigh materials and other items
- Scale Reports, periodically
- Customer Service – provide information and direct customers via phone and in person
- Calculate, collect and process payments
- Initiate Rock Orders, collect info for deliveries
- Daily Record Maintenance
- Distribute Credit Application
- Deliveries – instructing driver
- Other general tasks and projects as assigned.
- Assists Accounting & Admin Manager
- Assists Quarry Manager
Time will primarily be spent at Black Diamond Quarry, the Port Angeles location and could expand to other locations ranging from the Hoh (W. Jefferson County) to Quilcene (E. Jefferson County).
Preferred Experience:
· Customer Service Experience
· Construction Background
· Accounting Background
· Microsoft Excel and Access
· Ticketing Software
· Current Driver’s License
· Independent problem-solving skills
