We’re Hiring: Part-Time Site Manager
We are looking for dependable, proactive leaders with excellent communication skills to join our team as Part-Time Site Managers. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining daily operations, supporting your on-site team, managing budgets, and ensuring residents and tenants receive outstanding service.
Position Overview
- Title: Part-Time Site Manager
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and supervise site personnel
- Perform light maintenance and minor repair tasks
- Respond to tenant and resident service requests in a timely manner
- Conduct safety inspections and uphold service standards
- Plan and coordinate on-site events or community initiatives
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Track expenses and assist with managing site budgets
- Enforce property policies and organizational procedures
- Maintain detailed reports and records
- Attend Board meetings and prepare updates as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Background in facility, site, or residential property management
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Proficiency with basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Education or experience in business, hospitality, or related fields
- General understanding of building systems or maintenance routines
