Now Hiring: Part-Time Site Managers
We’re looking for responsible, motivated individuals to take on part-time Site Manager roles. This position is ideal for those who are confident in leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations.
Role Overview
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with some evening or weekend shifts as needed

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations and supervise staff at assigned sites
- Complete light maintenance tasks and minor repairs
- Respond to tenant and client requests professionally
- Perform routine safety checks and ensure service quality
- Support on-site coordination and community involvement
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary
- Track expenses and assist with site budget monitoring
- Enforce operational and safety procedures
- Keep accurate records and submit reports promptly
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, staff, and company leadership
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Able to pass background and drug screenings
- Dependable, team-first, and adaptable in dynamic settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Background in facility or operations management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and multitasking
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Experience in maintenance, hospitality, or customer service
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, custodial services, or electrical systems is a plus
