Your role
. <p>Responsible for parts sales and support for Atlas Copco Compressors in an assigned region.<br /> <br /> Assist customers in parts identification, troubleshooting, and order expedition via phone, fax, and email.<br /> Handle incoming orders, including entry and maintaining/editing sales orders to meet customer demands. <br /> <br /> Provide regular updates to customers regarding orders, including delivery dates and/or any changes in the status of the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Must be willing to prospect Lost Boys over the phone and proactively generate part sales with existing customer base.</p> <p> </p> <p>Proactive lead generation will be required.</p>
Responsible for parts sales and support for Atlas Copco Compressors in an assigned region.
Assist customers in parts identification, troubleshooting, and order expedition via phone, fax, and email. Handle incoming orders, including entry and maintaining/editing sales orders to meet customer demands.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding orders, including delivery dates and/or any changes in the status of the order.
Must be willing to prospect Lost Boys over the phone and proactively generate part sales with existing customer base.
Proactive lead generation will be required.
To succeed, you will need
Experience:
3-5 years in customer service or sales.
Education
High School diploma, some college preferred.
Skills
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to create good contacts at all levels. Must be a self-starting individual, able to receive a mission and generate necessary actions to achieve it. Must be a very organized with positive attitude.

- $63,000 - $78,000. Salary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional technical training provided for the most qualified candidate.
