The team at Coastline is looking to hire a Parts Warehouse at their Oxnard, CA branch and look to find an enthusiastic candidate to round out the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Shipment Processing: Timely process sending and receiving of parts shipments, and post freight to work orders or counter tickets.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counting duties, verify shipment receipts, place parts in inventory, and address inventory discrepancies.
- Parts Recommendations: Provide parts recommendations, including alternatives, to meet customer needs.
- Order Fulfillment: Fulfill online orders promptly and manage will call area.
- Technician Support: Supply Service Technicians with required parts.
- Showroom Maintenance: Assist in preparing and maintaining a professional showroom image and merchandise displays.
- Department Cleanliness: Keep the parts department clean and orderly.
- Tool Maintenance: Maintain departmental tools and equipment in good working order.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate a forklift and other related equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Parts and Machinery Knowledge: Basic knowledge of parts and machinery.
- Data Entry Skills: Basic data entry/keyboarding skills and experience with Microsoft-based products.
- Interpersonal Skills: Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Driving: Must be able to drive and travel in a vehicle. For the purposes of driving, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
