Petite Vie, the French Brasserie by Chef Paul Virant, is looking for a talented and hard-working pastry cook with a passion for executing impressive pastry dishes.
This position is for a cook who is looking to gain knowledge and experience in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere and who is excited to learn what it takes to work under Executive Chef Paul Virant and Pastry Chef Angelyne Canicosa. We are seeking a person with a fantastic attitude who is willing to go the extra mile for the success of the team.
Duties include production of all pastry components for service
