We are a privately owned, upbeat dental office looking for a full-time Front Office Receptionist to join our exceptional team. If you’re friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering great customer service—we’d love to welcome you!

Dental experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn!
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Greeting and welcoming patients with a smile
- Scheduling and confirming appointments (treatment & hygiene)
- Answering phones, emails, and patient messages
- Collecting patient co-pays
- Managing basic insurance verifications
- Presenting treatment plans and reviewing hygiene recall
- Managing patient data and electronic records
- General office support and helping wherever needed
Schedule:
- 4-day work week:
- Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional Fridays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $22–$30, based on experience
