WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own the monthly preparatory payroll process end to end for our 500+ employees in 8 European countries
- Proactively kick-off and lead projects that aim for more streamlined, scalable and efficient processes with the focus on employee experience
- Become a trusted partner and expert within the organization and especially the People Department for payroll matters
- Be the first point of contact for our employees in all payroll related questions
- Build a strong and trust-based relationships with our main stakeholder across the organization and partner with functions like finance, audit as well as external partners
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in (preparatory) Payroll in an hyper growth environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical and procedural skills
- High attention to detail, solution oriented and advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy
- Ability to work with multiple different stakeholders at the same time
- Fluent English language skills (German would be a plus)

Founded by the visionary trio of Christian Hecker, a philosopher with a keen eye for finance, Thomas Pischke, a physicist, and Marco Cancellieri, a computer scientist, the company was born out of a shared belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to build wealth. This initial success attracted further investment from prominent venture capital firms like Creandum, Project A Ventures, Accel, and Founders Fund, fueling their rapid expansion across Europe.
