Entrusted Hearts by Baptist Village Owasso is a Private Duty Home health agency in Owasso, OK. We are professional, flexible, innovative and our goal is to Assist the Elderly and disabled in their home. We have clients in the Owasso, Claremore, Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Inola, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, and surrounding areas. $1,000 Bonus after 30 days and additional bonus potential in 6 months. We are seeking individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of Senior adults in their home and who have a heart for serving others.
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals in their homes or healthcare facilities
- Support clients with medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Document and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal care assistant or caregiver is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic personal care techniques and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
