Position Summary
A leading behavioral health clinic in Goodyear, Arizona is seeking a licensed neuropsychologist to join its growing outpatient care team. This full-time position offers a structured weekday schedule—no weekends, on-call duties, or travel—and provides an excellent opportunity to make a lasting clinical impact through comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adolescent and adult patients.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience
- Bonus Structure: Incentives based on collections and productivity

Key Responsibilities
- Administer neuropsychological evaluations for adolescent and adult patients
- Assess key domains such as memory, executive function, attention, and emotional regulation
- Produce actionable, written reports with diagnostic clarity and clinical recommendations
- Communicate findings to patients, families, and referring providers
- Coordinate care with internal and external healthcare teams
- Participate optionally in mentorship, education, or community-based initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited institution
- Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Arizona
- Postdoctoral training in neuropsychology preferred
- Strong background in assessment, test interpretation, and report development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
