Penetration Tester / Cyber Operator, TS/SCI Full Scope Poly - Talent Pipeline

We are conducting a search for cleared penetration testers and cyber operators for upcoming roles with our client in the Fort Meade corridor. This is not a single open requisition. There are multiple roles available.

What the work typically looks like

• Plan and run authorized penetration tests and red team assessments
• Identify and document vulnerabilities across networks, applications, and systems
• Develop tools and scripts in Python, C, or PowerShell
• Write clear findings and remediation guidance for technical and mission audiences

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
• 3+ years in penetration testing, red teaming, or computer network operations
• Certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, GXPN, or CEH preferred
• Strong Linux and Windows internals; scripting in Python or similar

Typical compensation

$140,000 to $210,000 base depending on level. This is the typical market range for this role, not a specific offer.

Onsite in Maryland. U.S. citizenship required for clearance.
