Supporting the CEO of Overwatch Technologies.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an executive. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to shifting priorities, and ensure day-to-day responsibilities run smoothly. This role will start in a part-time capacity and will have the possiblity of transitioning in to a full time role for the candidate.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedules.
- Handle personal and business correspondence, calls, and emails.
- Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist with errands, reservations, and personal projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contacts on behalf of the executive.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.49 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
