We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills, discretion, and a proactive mindset to help streamline tasks and improve executive efficiency.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, email management, and travel coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Manage calendars, set up meetings, and ensure timely reminders
Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism
Run errands and perform personal tasks as required
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of executives
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital calendar platforms
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
High level of discretion and professionalism
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
