Job Title: Remote Personal Assistant to Allstate Agency Owner
Location: Remote
Job Opportunity: This is a Remote Personal Assistant to Allstate Agency Owner role with a base pay from $45K to $55K annually.
Hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)
Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:
- Manage and organize the agency owner’s calendar, appointments, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients and internal team members via email, phone, or text.
- Assist with document management, CRM updates, and client onboarding materials.
- Prepare reports and summaries from internal systems (e.g., agency management software, lead platforms).
- Handle administrative and personal errands as needed (e.g., ordering supplies, scheduling personal appointments).
- Monitor email inboxes, flag important messages, and draft replies when appropriate.
- Help coordinate marketing efforts, such as social media scheduling or email newsletters.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of previous experience as a remote assistant or in an administrative support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools like Zoom or Teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning insurance-related software (training provided).
- Professional, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with the insurance industry or customer service background.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, AgencyZoom, or similar).
- Basic understanding of social media tools like Canva or Buffer.
