Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
Perform floor care duties, such as sweeping, polishing, and cleaning carpets, to keep them in pristine condition.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are effectively disinfected.
Assist with cleaning tasks in commercial environments as needed.
Support the management of the housekeeping service by following established cleaning and organization protocols.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
Ability to efficiently perform a variety of cleaning tasks, paying attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills with guests.
Experience in floor care and carpet cleaning is a plus.
Culinary skills are a plus for those who may assist in meal preparation.
