We seek experienced Personal Injury Attorneys who can independently manage a caseload, litigate effectively, and deliver strong results in Virginia’s Circuit, General District, and Federal Courts.
Requirements
· Active license to practice law in Virginia
· Extensive experience in personal injury litigation, including jury trials, hearings, and negotiations
· Proven track record of favorable verdicts and settlements
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct client intakes and evaluate potential cases
· Manage the pre-litigation process to maximize claim value
· Negotiate settlements and oversee disbursements
· Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
· Maintain exceptional communication and client relationships
· Mentor and collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
