Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Powersports/Marine Parts Manager to oversee and enhance our Powersports/Marine parts and accessory operations. This role requires a strong background in powersports/marine/ or automotive parts experience. As a Powersports/Marine Parts Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of customer service while optimizing operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee supplier management and negotiate pricing agreements to ensure cost-effective sourcing of all incoming parts.
- Coordinate logistics for shipping and receiving of marine/ powersports parts.
- Utilize DMS systems and order management systems to track inventory levels and streamline processes.
- Implement sales planning strategies to forecast needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to marine and powersports products and services.
- Lead warehouse operations, including shipping & receiving activities, while maintaining an organized environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain/parts management, preferably within the marine, powersports or automotive industries.
- Familiarity with warehouse management practices and experience with shipping & receiving processes.
- Strong background in procurement, sourcing, and negotiation within a dealership or OEM environment.
- Proficiency in using DMS systems such as Lightspeed/DX1 etc for inventory control and order processing.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
