Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney
Job Summary
We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our prestigious law firm. Our ideal candidate will be able to handle several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in all types of personal injury cases as well as having trial experience and demonstrate proficiency in legal research and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research to support personal injury cases.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including personal injury law and relevant regulations.
- Experienced in slip and fall accidents; Federal Court experience preferred.
- 2 or more years of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
