Boca's Premier Personal Injury Law Firm, is looking for someone to join our PreSuit Legal team. This position is intended for someone who has a solid foundational understanding of a PreSuit Personal Injury case, and is ready to take the next step.

Experience Requirements:
- 2+ year experience handling Plaintiff Personal Injury matters
Role includes, but is not limited to:
- Client communication
- New case evaluation meetings (Yes, your opinion matters!)
- Identify and verify insurance coverages
- Lien management
- Ongoing treatment and billing updates in case management
- Working with the Legal Clerks on new case opening tasks
- Submitting and tracking record & bills requests from the Records Department
- Submitting and tracking reductions & waivers from the Settlement Team
Skills needed for success:
- Bi-Lingual is a huge plus
- Solid communication skills both within and outside the team.
- Client centered focus to move cases forward.
- Comfortable in a paper-lite system.
- Excellent attendance history.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to work within a team, but also function independently.
- Excellent time management.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
- Ability to follow pre-established processes, but.... Innovative enough to communicate ways to make the processes even better!!
