Job Summary
The Pest Control Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating new business through targeted marketing efforts in local communities. This role blends fieldwork, relationship management, and brand promotion to ensure our services are top-of-mind for homeowners, property managers, hospitals, schools, and local businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to promote pest control services.
- Visit businesses, local events, and community organizations to distribute marketing materials and speak with potential clients.
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, hospitals, schools, and local businesses to generate referral opportunities.
- Track leads, follow up with prospects, and help schedule appointments.
- Represent the company professionally at community events, networking functions, and trade shows.
- Maintain brand consistency in all marketing activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service preferred (pest control experience a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
- Comfortable with door-to-door marketing and in-person outreach.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
