Responsibilities of the Pest Control Sales Associate:
- Connect with customers (face-to-face) throughout West Palm Beach and surrounding areas (using our lead-generated system) who have expressed interest in pest control services
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify the type and extent of pest infestations.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, considering the specific pests, the property, and the client's needs.
- Utilize a variety of sales techniques to identify the best solutions for each customer's unique situation
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional follow-up and ongoing customer service support
- Collaborate with team members to share successful customer service practices and improve marketing and sales strategies
Qualifications for the Pest Control Sales Associate Position:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required (must be 18 years or older)
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, marketing, customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams to help achieve their objectives is preferred
- A Pest Control Sales Associate possesses a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to maintain a solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills
