Photo Booth Attendee (Part-Time) – Instant Booths
Instant Booths is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, individuals to join our team as Photo Booth Attendees. This is a part-time, on-site role ideal for someone who enjoys working at events, interacting with clients, and ensuring a smooth, fun experience for all attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down photo booth equipment at event locations (training provided).
- Operate and troubleshoot the photo booth during events to ensure a seamless experience.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, assisting them with photo sessions, props, and photo printing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the booth and props throughout the event.
- Ensure all digital photos are saved securely and transferred post-event.
- Represent Instant Booths with excellent customer service, maintaining our reputation for quality and fun.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with event attendees.
- Comfortable with basic technology (iPads, printers, and software training will be provided).
- Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional appearance and attitude suitable for corporate and celebratory events.
- Prior experience in customer service or event-related roles is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel to event locations across the region.
- Ability to load, transport, and set up equipment, ensuring it is safely handled and ready for events.
