MaxHealth in Bradenton is looking to hire a full-time Clinical Team Lead. This role provides leadership, support and training to all Clinical Assistants within their assigned clinic(s), ensures patients receive care at clinic based on risk assessment of patient, and provides patient triage and/or care based on needs of patient at the direction of the Primary Care Provider and/or Medical Director. This role also must have some Front Office and Phlebotomy experience to cover all office functions as needed.
Location- 53rd Ave, Bradenton
Hours- Monday-Friday (with Rotating Saturdays)
Salary: Base Starts at $22/hour.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLINICAL TEAM LEAD-
- CMA, RMA or LPN with current, unrestricted license in the state of Florida preferred
- Must be capable of performing phlebotomy tasks
- Some supervisory experience in a clinical setting in a physician's office preferred.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Computer literacy (experience using EMR/EHR). eClinicalworks experience preferred.
