Your future role

You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of Product Introduction (PI) activities at customer sites, contributing to reliability growth and maintaining fleet availability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Engineering, Quality, and RAMS teams), manage a dedicated PI Customer Site team, and ensure compliance with EHS and security regulations, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of deploying and enforcing Alstom and customer EHS rules on-site, but also ensuring the smooth execution of commissioning and validation support when required.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing the PI Customer Site team and ensuring the availability of necessary and qualified competencies.
  • Coordinating and supporting employees in their technical and administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring fleet availability according to contractual commitments and leading efforts to restore availability when needed.
  • Supervising local consignment and warranty stock availability.
  • Providing Return of Experience (REX) to the organization during the warranty period.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer depot management and maintainers.

  • Graduate degree in Engineering or Industrial studies (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience in depot management and strong field experience.

  • Knowledge of railway safety, RAM, and EHS practices.
  • Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience with DFQ, quality, and audit processes.
