Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers to join our team. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our furniture and decor are transported safely and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Duties
- Load and unload furniture and other items from trucks or moving vehicles.
- Safely move furniture in showroom and at clients houses.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and dolly’s as needed.
- Assist in packing and unpacking items for clients and the showroom.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the moving process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Prep and load for furniture accessory deliveries
Skills
- Ability to hang pictures on the wall with instruction at first
- Listening skills for directions on what to do next
- Understanding what is asked of you by example
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $10.42 - $12.01 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
