We are in search of a certified and passionate Pilates Instructor who is dedicated to helping clients improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through mindful movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct private and/or group Pilates sessions (Mat and/or Reformer)
- Assess clients' physical condition and create customized programs
- Provide guidance on posture, breathing, and alignment
- Monitor progress and adjust exercises as needed for safety and effectiveness
- Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and consistent practice
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workout environment
Qualifications:
- Female, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer, or both)
- At least 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate clients
- Preferably Filipino and can speak Tagalog to better connect with our local client base
- Passion for holistic health, fitness, and body awareness
