Club Pilates is seeking passionate, dedicated, and energetic Pilates Instructors to join our vibrant and growing community! In this role, you'll lead dynamic group Reformer classes in our beautiful, fully equipped studios, delivering safe, engaging, and empowering sessions. Compensation Competitive hourly rate: $38.00–$68.00/hour (commensurate with experience) + bonus opportunities
Qualifications
- 250+ hours of Mat & Reformer training with intent to complete full comprehensive certification within 6 months
- OR 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification
- Ability to teach apparatus-based group classes (6+ participants)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Creative and contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Friendly, punctual, and dependable
- Eagerness to continue learning and growing professionally
Requirements
- Proficient with a variety of Pilates equipment (Reformer, Mat, Chair, Springboard, TRX, Magic Circle, etc.)
- Able to modify and progress exercises safely for all client needs, including those with injuries or limitations
- Maintain Club Pilates’ educational and safety standards
- Develop creative, challenging, and safe class plans
- Teach group classes, Intro classes, private and semi-private sessions
