Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction pipe line projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of pipe line construction processes, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
- Manage project scheduling to meet deadlines while optimizing resource allocation.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction processes accurately.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting and financial tracking for projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience within the polyethylene pipeline construction industry.
- Fusion certification preferred
- Excavation/operator experience perferred
- Knowledge of quality control practices and OSHA regulations.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting techniques.
- Familiarity with polyethylene pipeline construction processes is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team management and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
