Production Skills
- Responsibilities Include: mixing dough, managing fermentation, scaling and shaping, baking pizzas.
- Full Pizza Prep and Production
- Preparing sourdough pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
- Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
- Preparing high-quality pizzas according to standards.
- Monitoring inventory of supplies as needed.
- Cleaning workstations before and after pizza preparation.
- Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly.
- Managing all food orders and ensuring that guest orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
- Time Management
- Maintains organized and clean workstations as the bakery will be visible to guests.
- Demonstrates a willingness to perform occasional small duties to aid other departments and a general understanding of the restaurant as a whole.

Minimum Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 yr. experience in professional Neapolitan pizza making
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as a team player
- Excellent basic mathematical skills
- Must display the ethical and professional standards set forth by ATRIA
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds or more
- Stamina and availability to work at least 30 hrs per week, including weekends and some holidays.
- Possession of a current Food Handler's Card
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 3:00-9:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
