Required qualifications
- Must have a substantial understanding of concierge service and previous plastic surgery experience. This is an upscale concierge practice in which all patients are self pay.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, and work ethic
- Excellent phone and in-person social skills
- Professional personal appearance a must
- Ideal candidate has experience in medical sales
- Computer savvy, 60+ wpm
- College Graduate
Responsibilities:
- Initial phone contact with patients
- Scheduling
- Patient education
- Procedural sales
Compensation negotiable based on past experience.
