Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with reservations, seating, and special requests.
- Provide detailed information about the menu, specials, and promotions.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with management and service staff to ensure smooth guest service.
- Upsell menu items and promote loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding guest service and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or sales role is preferred.
