The Lead Residential Dispatcher plays a crucial role in the success of our operations team and must embody a positive, Can-Do attitude. As a key member of our team, you will help strengthen our customer relationships by meeting deadlines and ensuring that company resources are utilized efficiently to provide top-quality service and solutions to our clients and community.
Responsibilities
- Be reliable. Understand that your colleagues rely on you.
- Be productive and accountable when you are in the office.
- Understand the skills, strengths, and weaknesses of the field technicians and dispatch work orders accordingly based on job opportunity and availability of the technician
- Provide all necessary information to field technicians to ensure quality customer experience
- Contact customer prior to dispatch to ensure their presence via phone or e-mail
- Answer the phone professionally to back up the Customer Service Representative
- Be familiar with company, products, and services to answer questions without consulting others
- Communicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly manner
- Record and report the service calls
- Update customers throughout the day, in 2 hour intervals, on the technician’s progress
- Follow up on all work orders with technicians and customer to ensure proper handling and completion of work order
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Service Titan experience required
- Good record keeping skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Strong communication skills
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in stressful situations
- Self-starter, motivated, and desire to learn
