Residential Service Plumber – Get Paid for Performance, Not Time

What You’ll Do:
- Run residential plumbing service calls
- Diagnose problems and explain solutions clearly
- Sell the job and perform the work yourself
- Deliver clean, complete, high-quality service
Compensation:
- Straight Commission – up to 20% of sold work
- $20 minimum per ticket

Requirements:
- Plumbing hand tools and job-ready mindset
- Experience in residential service & repair
- Tech savvy (CRM, invoice software, digital forms)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Drug-free and background-check compliant
- Clean, professional appearance and strong communication
