We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Whether in a fine dining setting or a lively nightclub atmosphere, your ability to connect with customers and provide top-notch service will be key to our success.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and ingredients.
Experience
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in food service or hospitality settings, particularly in roles such as Server, Waitstaff, or Bartender. Familiarity with cash registers, basic math skills for handling transactions, and experience with POS systems are highly desirable. Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus, as is a strong background in customer service. A passion for the culinary arts and an eagerness to learn about food pairings will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.90 - $26.38 per hour
