Join our team and help create a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for all resort guests. As a Pool Attendant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting daily pool operations while delivering outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the pool area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with towels and supplies.
- Monitor guest activity and enforce safety guidelines to promote a secure environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
- Strong communication skills with a calm, efficient approach to guest interactions.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
