Field Manager – South Houston Region
Service Areas: Katy, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Pearland, Clear Lake, Friendswood
Lucky Duck Pools is a fast-growing, family-oriented pool service company committed to excellence in customer service and employee development. We’re currently hiring a Field Manager to oversee daily operations, support our field team, and ensure top-quality service throughout South Houston. This is a full-time, in-field leadership role reporting directly to upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily management of cleaners and the quality of service provided
- Conduct customer first visits and deliver exceptional initial pool cleanings
- Handle service cancellations and work to retain customers with professionalism and urgency
- Perform training and ride-alongs with technicians to ensure proper procedures and quality
- Clean and maintain residential and commercial pools as needed
- Perform spot audits to ensure proper chemical usage and service consistency
- Cover technician routes in the event of call-outs or coverage gaps
- Perform filter cleans, minor repairs and assist with diagnosing equipment issues
- Communicate with customers and resolve field-level service concerns
- Maintain daily documentation through the Jobber app and company processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional pool service experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable leading a team and managing field-level accountability
- Able to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Available Monday–Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with occasional weekend needs
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days
Compensation and Benefits:
- Weekly salary: $900–$1,100 depending on experience, open to negotiation
