- Engage with guests through public speaking to enhance their experience during events.
- Monitor activities involving children, ensuring their safety and enjoyment while adhering to guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of guest services.
- Implement conflict management strategies when necessary to maintain a positive atmosphere.
