OVERVIEW:
The Posting Specialist has the primary responsibility of posting all Title IV, State Grants, Scholarship funds, VA, and Private Loan payments within timelines to ensure policies, procedures and Federal Regulations are met. This includes reviewing and auditing student accounts for eligibility of funds and resolution on any regulatory concerns regarding payments approved and paid. The role also includes interdepartmental communication and supporting Financial Aid Staff at the campus level.
The Posting Specialist is responsible for reviewing student's status and scheduling disbursement dates, term codes and amounts approved to ensure compliance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Posting Specialist performs the following essential functions:
- Pulling and Posting all approved Title IVScholarship payments by batch in Anthology and Campus Vue System.
- Posting all approved State Grant payments upon email notification from the Central Processing department.
- Posting all approved VA payments upon email notification from the Military Affairs Team.
- Posting all approved and received Private Loan payments upon rosters received via lender website and email notification.
- Assisting in the accounting department dailymonthly tasks/reports for month end closing.
- Scheduling and Posting Corporate checks for Everglades UniversityKeiser University campuses.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK HOURS:
A minimum of forty hours per week, plus other hours as may be necessary to complete job duties. A combination of day, evening, and weekend hours is required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
Associate's degree or equivalent; or more than two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
