- Must be able to perform all jobs in production area.
- Assist with training new hires.
- Obtain hand jack license/forklift license.
- Willingness to work at any position within the Hatchery.
- Other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Starting pay is $20.19/hour.
Qualifications- Demonstrated practice of skills in leadership, communication, flexibility, and resolution of day to day problems associated with production line workforce.
- Excellent demonstrated record of Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment, Safety and Health Issues, and adhering to any/all company policies and practices.
- Read, write simple addition and subtraction.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
