Duties (not limited too):
- Greet and Engage: Be the first person our members see when they walk in the door. Your warm smile and positive attitude will set the tone for their entire fitness experience!
- Handle check-ins and provide top-notch customer service with a can-do attitude.
- Create Energy: Infuse every interaction with enthusiasm and energy, ensuring our members leave feeling motivated and excited about their fitness journey.
- Support and Assist: Coordinate with our team to keep everything running smoothly, from scheduling tours to handling membership inquiries and upholding Policies and procedures..

PRE-SALE DUTIES:
Duties
- Distribute marketing materials within a 10-20 mile radius of the club to build excitement and awareness of the new Amped gym opening.
- Utilizing your own transportation/ fuel on each shift, you will drive business to business to distribute marketing materials, have conversations with prospective members and business owners about all Amped has to offer, and develop relationships and partnerships in the community.
- Each employee will be held responsible for individual goals regarding lead generation, social media, pictures taken with potential members and in businesses, marketing distributed, and number of businesses visited each day worked.
- Sales expectations of obtaining memberships, calling potential leads, gaining leads, cultivating relationships and more
- With the exception of being inside while marketing business to business, job duties will be performed outside in all types of weather to include business to business efforts, sign holding and waving, working at the tent or trailer table, on-site events, or other duties outlined to support the Pre-Sale.
- Employees must be comfortable working on their own or in a group. The expectation will be determined by the District Manager in terms of daily grassroots outreach efforts
