Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review Commitment/PTR for payoffs, judgment liens, unreleased liens.
- Raise any concerning items, unknown or missing information, time intensive requirements (prior owner mortgage, correction deed, etc.) to alert branch to initiate work toward obtaining what is needed to meet requirement.
- Compare Schedule A of commitment to contract and for accuracy of party's names, purchase price, loan amount, property address and legal description.
- Order all documentation required to meet the requirements on the commitment to be able to close (payoff, HOA liens, judgments, etc.)
- Reflect all work completed, communication, and status in production software.
- Save all documentation obtained to correct location in file. (Preclosing)
